一、学校基本概况 

巴淡国立理工学院（Politeknik Negeri Batam，简称Polibatam），坐落于印度尼西亚廖内群岛省巴淡岛市中心，是巴淡、民丹、卡里蒙自由贸易区唯一的国立职业高等理工院校。学校1999年筹备、2000年正式成立，2010年转为国立，2022年升格为公共服务实体高校（PTN-BLU）。校园占地12.5公顷，为无烟校园，获评印尼国家高等教育认证优秀等级（BAIK SEKALI），愿景是成为高质量、适配性强、创新型的新一代理工学院，紧密对接产业与社会，助力印尼2045先进繁荣目标。 

Politeknik Negeri Batam (Polibatam) is located in the heart of Batam Island, Riau Islands, Indonesia. It is the only state-owned vocational polytechnic in the Batam-Bintan-Karimun Free Trade Zone. Preparation began in 1999, official establishment in 2000, state university status in 2010, and further upgrade to a Public Service Agency (PTN-BLU) in 2022. The 12.5-hectare smoke-free campus is accredited Excellent (BAIK SEKALI) by Indonesia’s national higher education board. Its vision is to become a high-quality, adaptive, innovative new-generation polytechnic closely partnering with industry and society to support Indonesia’s Advanced and Prosperous 2045 vision.

二、院系设置与办学层次

四大院系：工商管理系、电气工程系、信息技术系、机械工程系。 

办学层次：开设三年制专科（D3）、四年制应用学士（D4）两类核心项目，共19个专业，紧扣工业4.0产业需求。 

特色专业：工业电子、软件工程、会计、机电一体化、网络安全、电厂技术、多媒体动画、造船与飞机维修（MRO）等。 

新兴方向：对接半导体、可再生能源、物联网（IoT）等前沿领域，与英飞凌等头部企业深度合作。

Four Departments: Business Management, Electrical Engineering, Informatics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering.

Academic Levels: Offers 3-year Diploma (D3) and 4-year Applied Bachelor (D4) programs, with 19 study programs aligned to Industry 4.0 demands.

Featured Programs: Industrial Electronics, Software Engineering, Accounting, Mechatronics, Cybersecurity, Power Plant Technology, Multimedia Animation, Shipbuilding & Aircraft Maintenance, Repair & Overhaul (MRO). - Emerging Fields: Focuses on semiconductors, renewable energy, and the Internet of Things (IoT), with close partnerships with industry leaders like Infineon. 

三、校园设施与学习资源 

校园设施完善，拥有20间教室、29个专业实验室、数字图书馆、可容纳千人的礼堂、清真寺、食堂及综合服务区。教学采用基于问题/项目/产品的学习模式（PBL），配套在线学习管理系统（LMS）、学生信息系统（SIM）与学术数据库，支撑理论与实践融合教学。

The campus features 20 classrooms, 29 specialized laboratories, a digital library, a 1,000-seat auditorium, a mosque, a cafeteria, and comprehensive student services. Teaching adopts Problem/Project/Product-Based Learning (PBL), supported by a Learning Management System (LMS), Student Information System (SIM), and academic databases to integrate theory with practice.

四、科研创新与校企合作

科研聚焦应用技术创新，成果涵盖虚拟电子实验室、物联网智能废物管理设备、教育动画、工业机器人等。与越捷航空学院、小松亚洲、英飞凌等企业共建实训基地，联合培养人才。同时与印尼财政部合作，助力国家半导体产业人才培养。 

Research focuses on applied technology innovation, with outputs including virtual electronics labs, IoT-based smart waste management systems, educational animations, and industrial robots. It partners with Vietjet Aviation Academy, Komatsu Remanufacturing Asia, Infineon and other enterprises to build training centers and co-develop talent programs. It also collaborates with Indonesia’s Ministry of Finance to support national semiconductor industry talent development. 

五、国际交流与学生生活 

设立国际事务办公室（OIA），提供国际招生、交换生、联合科研等服务。巴淡岛地处新加坡（45分钟）与马来西亚柔佛（90分钟）之间，区位优越，生活成本适中，住宿每月50万至400万印尼盾，餐费每餐1.5万至3万印尼盾。校园文化多元，马来与伊斯兰文化为根基，传统舞蹈（如Jogi舞、Zapin舞）与现代社团活动丰富。

The Office of International Affairs (OIA) supports international admissions, student exchanges, and joint research. Batam Island is strategically located between Singapore (45 minutes) and Johor, Malaysia (90 minutes), with moderate living costs: accommodation ranges from 500,000 to 4,000,000 IDR/month, and meals cost 15,000–30,000 IDR per meal. The campus has a diverse culture rooted in Malay and Islamic traditions, with traditional dances (e.g., Jogi, Zapin) and modern student clubs. 六、学校荣誉与成就

Ranked 3rd nationally among Indonesian state polytechnics in the 2025 UI GreenMetric Ranking. 

Achieved outstanding results at the 2026 National CAD-CAM Competition. 

Designated as an Approved Training Organization by Vietjet Aviation Academy. - Students won awards including the 2026 Mr. Batam Tourism Ambassador title.
