一、学校基本概况

萨马琳达国立理工学院（Politeknik Negeri Samarinda，简称POLNES）始建于1985年，坐落于印度尼西亚东加里曼丹省萨马琳达市，是印尼官方认证的公办国立职业高等理工院校，获评印尼国家高等教育认证机构优秀等级（BAIK SEKALI）。学校愿景为跻身国内外工程与商贸领域一流职业高校行列，现有10个院系、28个专业项目，2025/2026学年在读学生达7641人。学校坚守高校三大使命，持续强化科研、社会服务与人才培养，校园秉持廉洁无腐败办学氛围，办学三十余年拥有成熟的职业教育办学积淀。

Politeknik Negeri Samarinda (POLNES) was founded in 1985, located in Samarinda, East Kalimantan, Indonesia. It is an officially accredited public state vocational polytechnic and rated Excellent (BAIK SEKALI) by Indonesia’s national higher education accreditation agency. Its vision is to become a superior vocational higher education institution in engineering and commerce at national and international levels. The university has 10 departments and 28 study programs, with 7,641 active students in the 2025/2026 academic year. Adhering to the three core missions of higher education, it continuously strengthens scientific research, community service and talent training. With a corruption-free campus atmosphere and over 30 years of development, it has accumulated solid experience in vocational education.

二、院系设置与办学层次

1. 开设10个专业院系：化学工程、电气工程、土木工程、旅游管理、商务管理、机械工程、会计学、设计学、信息技术、海事工程。

2. 办学层次齐全，覆盖三大层级：应用硕士（S2）、应用理学士（S1）、三年制专科（D3）。

3. 专业布局覆盖工科、商科、旅游、海事、设计等领域，开设桥梁维修修复工程、创新科技营销、工业化学技术、建筑工程、数字商务、多媒体信息技术、重型设备技术、石化与油气化工等特色专业。

4. 开设新兴前沿项目，包括可再生能源一年制专科四进阶专项课程，紧跟印尼能源产业发展需求。

1. It has 10 academic departments: Chemical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Tourism, Business Administration, Mechanical Engineering, Accounting, Design, Information Technology, and Maritime.

2. It offers complete academic levels: Applied Master (S2), Applied Bachelor of Science (S1), and Three-year Diploma (D3).

3. Its majors cover engineering, business, tourism, maritime and design, including featured programs such as bridge maintenance and restoration engineering, innovative technology marketing, industrial chemical technology, building engineering, digital business, multimedia information technology, heavy equipment technology, and petro & oleo chemistry.

4. It launches cutting-edge emerging programs, including a one-year specialist Diploma 4 program in renewable energy, keeping pace with Indonesia’s energy industry development.

1. 新生入学渠道多元，设有国家选拔SNBP、国家统考SNBT、自主招生MANDIRI三大招生路径。

2. 完善校园服务体系：配备在线学习管理系统LMS、学生信息系统SIM、数字图书馆、学术期刊数据库等教学资源平台。

2. Complete campus service systems are available, including Learning Management System (LMS), Student Information System (SIM), digital library and academic journal databases.

3. It supports various student activity units covering journalism, art and culture, environmental protection, martial arts and more, together with scholarships, career development, entrepreneurship support, suggestion and complaint services.

4. It opens vocational competency certification and professional skill assessment to the public, with professional assessors and a complete quality assurance system.

3. It enjoys prominent academic influence; the university rector was elected chairman of the Indonesian Polytechnic Union for 2025-2029. The university regularly holds academic seminars, media literacy training and innovation events.
