一、学校基本概况

巴东国立理工学院（Politeknik Negeri Padang，简称PNP）创办于1987年，坐落于印度尼西亚西苏门答腊省巴东市，是印尼正规公办国立职业理工高校。学校秉持品德高尚、学术思辨、专业行事的办学理念，以实践教学为核心特色，课程体系紧密贴合职场与产业发展需求，与印尼国内、跨国及国际企业保持紧密合作关系，是印尼极具影响力的职业教育院校。

Politeknik Negeri Padang (PNP) was founded in 1987, located in Padang, West Sumatra, Indonesia. It is a formal public state vocational polytechnic university in Indonesia. Adhering to the philosophy of noble morality, academic thinking and professional practice, the university takes practical teaching as its core feature. Its curriculum is closely aligned with workplace and industrial needs, and it maintains close cooperation with domestic, multinational and international enterprises, ranking among the influential vocational education institutions in Indonesia.

二、院系专业与办学层次

1. 学校设有7个专业院系，分别为机械工程系、电气工程系、土木工程系、商务管理系、会计系、信息技术系、英语系。

2. 开设33个专业方向，办学层次完整，涵盖三年制专科、应用本科、应用硕士。

3. 持续新增前沿专业，已获批开设互联网工程应用本科等新兴专业，同时拥有灌溉规划、软件工程等优势王牌专业。

4. 师资力量雄厚，拥有476名硕博层次专业教师，教学科研团队具备国内外教育背景。

1. The university has seven departments: Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Business Administration, Accounting, Information Technology and English Department.

2. It offers 33 study programs with complete academic levels, including three-year diploma, applied bachelor and applied master programs.

3. It keeps launching cutting-edge majors and has been approved to offer new programs such as Applied Bachelor of Internet Engineering, as well as flagship majors in irrigation planning and software engineering.

4. It boasts a strong teaching team of 476 lecturers with master’s and doctoral degrees, who have educational backgrounds both at home and abroad.

三、办学特色与教学模式

1. 侧重职业技能实操培养，注重学生专业能力、职业素养与软技能综合发展。

2. 教学资源完善，建有完善的在线学习系统、电子图书馆（藏书超15000册）、职业发展与创业孵化中心、语言中心、科研与社区服务中心等配套平台。

3. 提供多元升学与成长渠道，新生可通过国家选拔、统考、自主招生等多种途径入学，同时设立奖学金、职业认证培训、企业定向合作班。

4. 积极推进职业教育转型，常态化举办校园创新节、学术研讨、媒体素养培训等各类校园活动。

1. It focuses on vocational skill training and comprehensive development of students’ professional competence, professional literacy and soft skills.

2. It is well-equipped with online learning system, electronic library (over 15,000 collections), career development and entrepreneurship incubation center, language center, research and community service center.

3. It provides multiple admission pathways including national selection, national examination and independent recruitment, together with scholarships, professional certification training and enterprise-oriented cooperative classes.

4. It promotes the transformation of vocational education and regularly holds campus innovation festivals, academic seminars, media literacy training and other activities.

四、校企与国际合作

1. 校企合作资源丰富，合作企业涵盖能源、重工、通信、制造、IT等行业，包括思科、华为、红帽、印尼国家电力、 semen 巴东、Trakindo 等知名企业。

2. 开展国际交流与合作，接待国际高校访问、承办国际行业技术会议与AI科技活动，开设华为HCIA、ERP管理等国际认证课程。

3. 与海外高校及机构建立合作网络，开展联合科研、师生交流、海外认证培训等项目。

1. It has abundant university-enterprise cooperation resources covering energy, heavy industry, communication, manufacturing and IT industries, partnering with well-known enterprises such as Cisco, Huawei, Red Hat, PLN, Semen Padang and Trakindo.

2. It carries out international exchanges, receives visits from foreign universities, hosts international industry technology conferences and AI tech events, and offers international certification courses such as Huawei HCIA and ERP Management.

3. It has established cooperation networks with overseas universities and institutions to carry out joint research, teacher and student exchanges, and overseas certification training programs.
