Course Description: This course is a core professional course oriented toward the field of intelligent manufacturing. 《工业机器人工作站控制系统组建》课程依照工业机器人行业岗位特点选择企业中应用最为广泛的的弧焊、视觉分拣、码垛等工业机器人工作站组建为主要课程内容。

课程以工业机器人系统操作员、运维员岗位能力需求为导向开展教学,通过模拟技能竞赛、企业专家工作现场互动教学、生产任务模拟等多元方式教学,并将匠心、匠德、匠艺等匠人精神从教学内容设计、教学方式以及教学实施贯穿始终;以服务地方产业为宗旨,坚持立德树人根本任务,以企业任务为课程起点,以能力养成为课程终点,并有机融合工业机器人应用编程“1+X”证书能力标准、国家职业标准以及校企共建地方企业标准,融入工业机器人应用新技术、新工艺。

教学过程以学员为学习主体,强化“学习体验-强化联系-实践应用”体验,将表达沟通等关键能力及思政要素融入教学活动,灵活采用任务驱动、项目学习等多元化方式,邀请企业导师、优秀学员参与课程互动及教学评价。

The course Industrial Robot Workstation Control System Integration is designed based on the characteristics of positions in the industrial robotics industry. It focuses on the construction of widely used industrial robot workstations in enterprises, such as arc welding, visual sorting, and palletizing systems.

The course is oriented toward the competency requirements of industrial robot system operators and maintenance personnel. Teaching is carried out through diverse methods, including simulated skills competitions, interactive on-site sessions with industry experts, and production task simulations. The spirit of craftsmanship—encompassing dedication, ethics, and skills—is embedded throughout course design, teaching methods, and implementation.

With the mission of serving local industries and fostering well-rounded talent, the course adheres to the fundamental goal of moral education. It starts from real enterprise tasks and aims at developing practical competencies. 3.数控机床编程与操作

本课程是数控车铣编程加工课程,主要讲述复杂零部件的数控车铣编程、工艺、加工操作和机床维护等知识理论与操作技能。课程引入企业现场作业以及精益化标准、加工新技术及工艺方法,并将挖掘的本土工业文化、工匠精神,有机融入课程。依据“完一课成一事”的成果导向原则,考虑工艺的完整性,以典型的企业产品为载体主线,设计各模块项目。按照“任务驱动,线上线下混合式教学”教学模式开展教学。配套选用《零件数控车削加工》(自编"十四五"职业教育省级规划教材)、《零件数控铣削加工》(自编"十四五"职业教育国家规划教材)两本教材。

3. CNC Machine Tool Programming and Operation

Course Description:

This course focuses on CNC turning and milling programming and machining. It mainly covers the theoretical knowledge and operational skills related to the programming of complex parts, machining processes, machine operation, and maintenance of CNC machine tools.

The course incorporates real enterprise workshop practices, lean production standards, as well as new machining technologies and process methods. It also integrates local industrial culture and the spirit of craftsmanship into the curriculum. Based on the outcome-oriented principle of “completing one lesson to accomplish one task,” and considering the integrity of machining processes, the course uses typical enterprise products as the main thread to design modular project tasks.

Teaching is carried out using a “task-driven, blended online and offline” model. Supporting teaching materials include CNC Turning of Parts (a self-developed provincial-level vocational education planning textbook under the 14th Five-Year Plan) and CNC Milling of Parts (a self-developed national-level vocational education planning textbook under the 14th Five-Year Plan).
