2026 The Dragon Boat Festival Holiday Arrangements and Safety Reminders

亲爱的同学们，端午假期将至。为了让大家度过一个平安、充实的假期，现将放假安排及注意事项通知如下：

Dear all, the Dragon Boat Festival is approaching. To have a safe and fulfilling festival, the arrangements and important reminders are hereby notified as follows:

（一）放假时间 Holiday Schedule

假期将于2026年6月19日开启，至6月21日结束。

As scheduled, this holiday will last from June 19 to 21, 2026.

（二）安全提示Safety Reminders

1. 遵规守纪。请务必遵守中国法律法规及学校校规校纪。禁止从事任何形式的非法打工行为；禁止在校内组织任何宗教活动，禁止非法传教。任何违法违规行为，均需承担法律责任，并将面临学校从警告至开除的纪律处分。

All students must comply with Chinese laws and regulations in addition to our university’s regulations and rules. International students are prohibited from engaging in any form of illegal employment. It is prohibited to organize any religious activities on campus, and illegal missionary work is forbidden. Violation of laws and regulations will result in legal penalties and also punishment (from warning to expulsion from school) given by LZPU.

2.离校报备。计划假期离校的学生，需提前一天向辅导员报备行程及联系方式。保持联系。假期期间请与辅导员保持联系，如遇紧急情况，第一时间向辅导员报告。

Leave Note: Students planning to leave Liuzhou during the holiday must submit your travel plans and contact information to your coordinator one day in advance. Stay in Touch: Keep your phone accessible and maintain contact with your coordinator. Report any emergencies immediately.

3. 交通安全。外出游玩、探亲访友时，请遵守交通规则，注意出行安全。特别提醒：骑行国标电动自行车时请佩戴头盔，减速慢行；不骑非法改装车、大功率电动车等。提高防骗意识，谨防电信诈骗、不良网贷和其他非法组织和活动。

Traffic Safety: Please pay attention to traffic safety and observe traffic regulations when traveling or visiting relatives and friends. Special Reminder: Wear a helmet and slow down on standard e-bikes; do not ride modified or high-power e-bikes.

4.宿舍安全：请遵守社会公德与公共秩序，夜间勿喧哗扰民。外出前请关闭室内电源。校内住宿生须在公共厨房烹饪，严禁在宿舍内做饭、留宿他人或将电动车电池带入室内充电。 

Dormitory Safety: Please abide by social morality and public order. Do not make noise and disturb your neighbors at night. Please cut off the power in your room before leaving. If you stay on campus, please remember to cook in public kitchen. Cooking or lodging guests in your school dormitory is forbidden. Battery of e-bike is not allowed to take into dormitory to recharge.

5.禁毒防诈：任何涉及**的事宜在中国都属于违法行为，如**、购毒、藏毒、卖毒行为。谨防各类诈骗。请勿将个人信息提供给陌生人，妥善保管好各类证件以及卡号，请勿泄漏各项验证码。

Drug Prevention and Fraud Prevention: Any drug-related activities, including drug use, trafficking, transporting, and possession, are illegal. Be Cautious of frauds. Do not give your personal account information to any strangers who call you. Never disclose any card or verification code information to callers with unknown identities.

6. 防溺水：气温升高，请注意涉水安全。严禁前往湖泊、河流、溪流、水库等非正规水域游泳，以防溺水。

Drowning Prevention: The weather is getting hotter. Please pay attention to safety and do not go swimming in lakes, rivers, reservoirs, etc.
