The MGM Grand Sanya is Diaoyutai MGM Hospitality Ltd’s first non-gaming five-star resort in mainland China. It is inspired by the dining, nightlife and entertainment elements from MGM Resorts International’s successful brands in Las Vegas combined with Diaoyutai State Guesthouse’s outstanding service philosophy. MGM Grand Sanya is located at Yalong Bay which is regarded as “one of the most beautiful bays in the world”. The emergence of MGM Grand Sanya has strengthened MGM’s brand influence in China through its 675 guest rooms, which includes 596 standard rooms, 73 suites and 6 exclusive villas on the beachfront. It embodies fashion, entertainment, fine dining and luxury by adding new resort elements to this “Hawaii of the East” destination.

餐饮部F&B - 各餐厅实习生 Waiter / Waitress                        

职责概要 Job Summary / Purpose:

无论在餐厅或是酒吧为客人提供五星级的殷勤好客餐饮服务，最大限度的令客人满意。每位员工都会通过一线水准服务证书，娴熟的专业水准为客人提供出色的餐饮服务，确保客人满意。营造健康的工作环境并融入其中。

To ensure guest satisfaction by providing excellent food and beverage service, in a friendly, competent and professional manner, maximizing guest’s experience, promoting an enjoyable work environment and being a team player.  

   职位要求Requirement:

1、五官端正，身体健康。Neat and Pleasant Appearance and Good Health.
‎2、能进行餐厅服务基本英语会话。Basic English Communication Skills.

职责概要Job Summary / Purpose:

直接向楼层主管汇报，楼层服务员负责退房和住客房卫生清洁及物品补充，按照酒店程序和标准操作给所有客人提供舒适的环境。实习生每日基础房量是8间，每超过一间按照19元计算超房提成。

Reporting directly to the Floor Supervisor, the Room Attendant is responsible for the cleanliness and supplying of guest rooms, residences and the comfort of all guests as set by the hotel procedures and standards.

职责概要Job Summary / Purpose:

负责贵宾抵店前的准备工作,并在贵宾离店后与客人建立和谐的宾客关系。

Well the operational standards to exceed the guest’s expectations and well preparation in advance that sets the example for the luxury market.

宾客服务中心服务员  Guest Service Officer - Grand Service

职责概要Job Summary / Purpose:

负责提供给所有的内部和外部客人的来电有效的，速度的并友好的电话体验。

This position responsible for providing an efficient, refined yet friendly phone experience for all who call the resort internally and externally.

职位要求Requirement:

1、仪表整洁，身体素质良好。Neat and pleasant appearance, good health.

2、主动且有团队精神。Self-starter and Team-builder.

3、基础的英语读写的能力。Basic written and spoken Mandarin & English are a must.

实习生工资待遇及交通费介绍  Benefit & Transportation Introduction

实习津贴 Intern Allowance

（非客房部）Non-HSKP Trainees

前三个月每月人民币1600元（含每月100元全勤奖金），第四个月至实习结束每月人民币1700元（含每月100元全勤奖金）。

RMB1,600/month at the first three months (including Attendance Bonus RMB100/month) , RMB1,700/month at the fourth month to the rest of months

(including Attendance Bonus RMB100/month).

（客房部）HSKP Trainees

前三个月每月人民币1800元（含每月100元全勤奖金）, 第四个月至实习结束每月人民币1900元（含每月100元全勤奖金），额外还将享有每间房16元的超额计件做房津贴。

RMB1,800/month per at the first three months (including Attendance Bonus RMB100/month), RMB1,900/month at the fourth month to the rest of months (including Attendance Bonus RMB100/month).

根据不同岗位享受比例不等的提成或小费。

实习生技能奖励金Trainees Skills Incentive

酒店将为曾经在校学习期间参加市级与/或省级及以上组织的酒店相关专业技能竞赛并获得优秀成绩的实习生在酒店实习期间提供技能奖励金，以认可他们所取得的成绩并激励他们更好地完成实习任务。

The resort will provide trainees who receive recognitions in skills competition, at the municipal, provincial and/or above levels with an incentive so as to recognize their accomplishments and motivate them to excel in their performance during internship at the resort.

实习生转正奖金 Intern Retention Incentive

在酒店实习且毕业后留任转正的实习生在与酒店签订劳动合同后工作满6个月后，即可一次性发放转正奖励金人民币2000元。

After the internship in the hotel and after graduation, the one who has been transferred after graduation will be paid RMB 2,000 yuan in one lump sum after six months after signing the labor contract with the hotel.

实习生交叉培训项目 Cross Training Program

实习生可以在休息时间或休假日前往酒店其它酒店运作部门进行交叉培训，即：酒店内部援助。比如：客房部实习生前往餐饮部进行内部援助。按照援助次数

给予如下奖励金：

Trainees can have cross training  in operation departments during their day off/off

duty time, namely: Internal Secondment. For example: the HSKP trainees can have

this program to F&B. According to the numbers bonus as follows:
