Job Fair: 100-Day Sprint for 2026 & Pre-employment for 2027
From News Center (Text & Photo by Xue Wen, Admissions and Employment Office) To fully implement the decisions and arrangements of the CPC Central Committee and the State Council on stabilizing and securing employment, and solidly advance the Ministry of Education's 100-Day Sprint for Employment Campaign for the 2026 graduating class, on June 26, Liuzhou Polytechnic University (LZPU), in partnership with the People's Government of Yufeng District, Liuzhou City, hosted the "100-Day Sprint for Employment" Job Fair for the Class of 2026 and Pre-employment Job Fair for the Class of 2027 at the Fengyu Basketball Court of Guantang Campus, with the theme of "Build Dreams in Yufeng, Shape Careers of the Future". Ju Hongxia, Vice President of LZPU, visited the site to guide employment work.
Through extensive publicity and mobilization, the university encouraged both the Class of 2026 and the Class of 2027 to actively participate in the event. A total of 93 high-quality employers attended, covering key industries including machinery manufacturing and electronic information, and offering a wide range of vacancies to meet the diverse needs of graduates. The venue was well organized and filled with a lively atmosphere. Graduates prepared application materials carefully, communicated actively with enterprise representatives to learn about job requirements, salary packages, and career prospects; employers enthusiastically introduced their organizations and talent demand, and patiently answered students' questions. Both sides conducted thorough and in-depth exchanges. The fair drew over 1,800 job seekers, of whom 503 reached preliminary employment intentions. The 93 enterprises offered a total of 971 vacancies covering 272 types of positions. The event's live stream registered about 111,000 impressions and 5,900 concurrent viewers.
As a forward-looking trial of pre-employment services for the Class of 2027, the fair drew a large number of students graduating in 2027 to observe and gain early experience. By immersing themselves in the employment atmosphere, learning about market demand, and accumulating job-hunting experience in advance, these students have built a solid foundation for their formal job search next year. This innovative initiative is an important practice of LZPU to make employment services proactive and targeted, reflecting the university's great attention to and long-term planning for graduate employment.
This successful fair demonstrates effective, in-depth university-local government cooperation in promoting graduate employment, and a key measure in LZPU's implementation of the "100-Day Sprint" campaign. Going forward, the university will continuously follow up on signings, provide two-way tracking services, and ensure the tangible outcomes of the event are realized, striving to promote high-quality and full employment for the Class of 2026.
