Educational Objectives

This program aims to cultivate highly skilled technical professionals tailored to the needs of the manufacturing industry. Students will master the fundamental theories of smart industrial manufacturing and next-generation information technology, acquiring technical expertise in industrial network interconnectivity, data collection and analysis, cloud platforms, and cybersecurity. Graduates will be well-equipped to drive digital and intelligent industrial transformation, taking on roles in industrial network implementation and maintenance, cloud platform deployment, and operations and maintenance (O&M), industrial big data analysis, and industrial app development.

Career Prospects

Graduates can work in smart manufacturing and IT service companies as digital technology engineers, industrial app designers, and industrial internet security O&M engineers, or pursue further studies at the graduate level. Future career paths include industrial cloud platform development/O&M engineers, industrial data analysis algorithm designers, and industrial internet integration and application engineers.

Industry-Education Integration

Co-established Industry Institute: Partnered with the China Academy of Industrial Internet (CAII) under the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology to establish the Industrial Internet Industry-Education Integration Practice Center (Digital Technology Engineer Training Base).

Co-established Industry-Education Consortium: Partnered with SGMW Automobile Co., Ltd. to spearhead the establishment of a national-level municipal automotive industry-education consortium.

Training and Laboratory Facilities

Facilities: 12 training rooms covering a total area of 2,745 square meters, equipped with 1,094 sets of equipment valued at RMB 10.5615 million.

Completed Facilities: Built an autonomous region-level high-level industrial internet program cluster and an autonomous region-level industrial internet vocational education teaching resource repository.
